Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedules:
We ship Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM Central Standard Time CST (excluding holidays) and in most cases we will ship your order within 1 business day of receipt. Non-stock items and large special orders may be drop-shipped from the factory and can take up to 7 to 10 day for delivery. We ship UPS and USPS for your convenience. If you would like to use your account please provide your account information to us in the Customer Notes field during the checkout process.

Local Delivery and Customer Pick-up:
If you require a local same day delivery please call us for product availability. If you would like to pick up your order, please include your pick-up instructions in the Customer Notes field during the checkout process. Once the order has been picked up your freight charges will be refunded. Please contact customer service for more information at 1 (800) 527-7604.

Air Shipping Estimates:
Regis calculates estimated shipping for you before you finalize your order. The site shipping estimator is as accurate as possible, but in some cases when orders are shipped UPS Next Day Air or any other Priority Service our shopping cart may not reflect an accurate quote because of the dimension's of the package. In this event you will be contacted via email or one of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you.

Shipping to Canada:
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
