If you are unhappy with a Regis product, simply include a note or invoice copy detailing the reason for the return. Returns, except on special orders, may be made prepaid freight within 60 days of invoice date. We will correct the problem immediately with another part or product or credit your account. Note: Merchandise that has been modified or abused and/ or damaged by improper use will not be accepted. Credit will only be issued after it has been determined that the product is resealable or deemed defective.
