How do I track my order?
For most orders, you can use the Track Order feature from your Account login page to follow your package's progress.
You will also receive an email with tracking information once the order ships.

How do I calculate delivery time for an order?
Most products ship from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas. In stock items should arrive in 3-5 business days to your location in the US.
Non-stock items can take up to 7-10 business days to your location in the US. Please contact us for further details about delivery times.

Can I cancel my order?
It may be possible to cancel your order while it is being processed, but once the order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
If this happens you will need to contact us to obtain an RMA. Deliveries that are refused by the customer without consent will be charged a 20% restocking fee and be billed for the return freight charges.

Can I return an item?
Yes. Most merchandise purchased from Regis may be returned, unless otherwise noted in our Returns Policy.
