How do I track my order?
For most orders, you can use the Track Order feature from your Account login page to follow your package's progress.
You will also receive an email with tracking information once the order ships.
How do I calculate delivery time for an order?
Most of our products ship from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. In-stock items should arrive in 3-5 business days to your location in the United States. Non-stock items can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your location in the U.S. Please contact us for further details about delivery times of our automotive machine shop tools.
Does Regis ship internationally?
Yes, Regis can ship internationally to most countries. UPS is our preferred shipper for international orders. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for all import fees.
Can I cancel my order?
It may be possible to cancel your order while it is being processed, but once the order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
If this happens you will need to contact us to obtain an RMA. Deliveries that are refused by the customer without consent will be charged a 20% restocking fee and be billed for the return freight charges.
Can I return an item?
Need to return a valve seat wheel or other machine shop tool? Most merchandise purchased from Regis may be returned unless otherwise noted in our Returns Policy.

When can I expect my order to ship?
If you place an order for automotive machine shop tools Monday through Friday before the end of the business day, it will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
Do you have a storefront to shop at?
